About Me – Kaffeinated Fitness

Our Beliefs

I strongly believe that fitness should be more accessible to postpartum people. It’s already difficult to get back into fitness after having a baby that we also don’t need to make it so expensive that postpartum parents decide to go it alone. Therefore, I believe in making fitness affordable as well as delivering quality education on pelvic floor dysfunction management.

Here at Kaffeinated Fitness, I want to teach you to manage prolapse, hip pain, low back pain, incontinence, perineal tears, etc. To get you back to the workouts you love; the workouts that make you feel human again.

Other Coaching Options

Group Coaching

Coaching is about helping clients unlock the treasure-chest of their lives – worth bearing in mind then that diamonds are made from coal under pressure and it’s the grit in the oyster which creates the pearls.

Why Group Coaching?

Group coaching is a great tool for accountability and to build a sense of community. Pelvic floor dysfunction can make us feel isolated and ashamed. With group coaching, not only do we move past those barriers but we embrace our present being. While pelvic dysfunction is a physical “ailment”, our mind plays a big role in the sensations we feel, and therefore, working alongside other people who can relate is important.
